He is a retired U.S. Navy officer from Iowa (United States), he was on board the U.S.S. O'Brien, which was stationed in the Philippines. The Philippines was where she met Annabelle Panganiban as a baby and her grandparents Adolfo as well as Mila Panganiban were able to raise her.
